'I will dedicate my time for enhancing the pillars of justice and the service of all citizens without any discrimination', he said adding that 'I hope you will assist me in shouldering the responsibility, and provide me with your advices.' 'I pray to Almighty Allah to preserve the security of this country and to keep its people away from all evils', he added.
