Madani appointed Minister of State for Foreign Affairs

A royal order issued here today appointing Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs effective from 24/7/1426H.
The order was signed by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz.
