President Tran Duc Luong of Vietnam received recently Dr Nizar Obaid Madani, the minister of state for foreign affairs. DR Madani conveyed to the President during his recent visit to Vietnam, the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier, Defense and Aviation Minister and Inspector General, and reviewed with him issues pertaining to the bilateral relations between the two countries. Dr Madani and Vietnamese foreign minister Ton Man Kam also signed an agreement for enhancing joint cooperation and development of cultural relations.
