Police said Saturday that a man shot and killed on a subway car had nothing to do with a series of bombing attacks this week on London's transit system, calling his death «a tragedy.» The unidentified man was shot Friday on a subway in the Stockwell Station in south London. But the Metropolitan Police said in a statement Saturday that «the man was unconnected to the incidents of Thursday 21 July.» A London police official said the man was also not connected to the deadly July 7 bombings. «He's not believed to be connected in any way to any of the London bombings,» the official said, according to AP.
