Visiting European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana on Wednesday said Palestinian officials' condemnation of a suicide bombing in Israel was not enough and they must take action against the militants. "I am very pleased to see the (Palestinian) president and prime minister have condemned this terror act, but I think that the condemnation will not be enough, there has to be an action and I think somebody has to be arrested," Solana told reporters after a meeting with Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia in Ramallah. On Tuesday, a Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up outside a mall in the Israeli city of Netanya, killing four Israelis. Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the Netanya attack, according to a report of The Associated Press.
