Four suspected terrorists have escaped from the main U.S. base in Afghanistan, sparking a massive ground and air search, a U.S. military spokeswoman said Monday. "They are considered dangerous and are suspected terrorists. That is why they were detained initially," the spokeswoman, Lt. Cindy Moore, told The Associated Press. She said U.S. helicopters, American troops on the ground and Afghan forces were scouring the area around Bagram, the main U.S. base in Afghanistan, for the four suspects.
