The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, has sent a cable of congratulations to Sao Tome and Principe's President Fradique De Menezes on the occasion of his country's independence day. In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the monarch wished the Sao Tome and Principe president continuous health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity. King Fahd also lauded the current relations binding the two countries.
