Saudi Arabia presents a painting of the holy mosque to UN to mark its foundation

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has presented a replica of the Makkah-based grand holy mosque as gift to the United Nations in Geneva to mark the 60th anniversary of the foundation of the international organization.
Dr. Abdulwahab Attar, the Saudi Ambassador to the United Nation's Geneva office, has presented the gift on behalf of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Later, a U.N. information official thanked, at news conference, the countries which contributed to that exhibition during which counties and artists expressed fantastic visions on peace and security of the world community.
