Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Deputy President of Youth Welfare, opened here today Riyadh's First Youths Festival, organized by the Youth Welfare, within its summer youths programs to be held in a number of cities and regions of the country.
In a key address, Prince Nawaf highlighted the importance of the youths in development.
He told the gathering that the festival includes various and diversified programs designed to benefit the youths.
