Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia demanded Wednesday that the security forces bring an end to the chaos and lawlessness plaguing Palestinian towns throughout the West Bank and Gaza Strip. "It is up to the Palestinian security forces to shoulder their responsibilities, and if this government is incapable of putting an end to the chaos, it must resign and allow another one to take its place," Qureia told students at a graduation ceremony at Al Najah University in Nablus. "I declare here, in front of my people, there is no more room for chaos and killing, and all the weapons must disappear from the streets," he was quoted as saying by The Associated Press.
