Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, chaired the cabinet's weekly session at Al-Yamamah palace in Riyadh on Monday. At the outset of the session, the Crown Prince reassured all about the health of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, noting that his health condition has been continually improving. He wished the monarch good health. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the session, Dr. Jubarah bin Eid Al-Suraiseri, the Minister of Transport and Acting Minister of Culture and Information, said that on behalf of the King and in his own name, the Crown Prince welcomed Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed as a guest in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Crown Prince briefed the Cabinet on the outcome of the meeting with Sultan Qaboos which focused on brotherly relations between the two countries; enhancement of cooperation in all fields; the strengthening of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s process and development; and aspects of cooperation at the regional and international arenas for the interest of Arab and Islamic nations. --More 2055 Local Time 1755 GMT
