Manchester United signs Dutch goalkeeper van der Sar

English Premiership Manchester United on Sunday completed the signing of Dutch international goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar from fellow Premier League club Fulham.
The 34-year-old has signed a two year contract and it is hoped that he will be able to bring an end to United's ongoing goalkeeper problems.
United is believed to have paid between three and four million Euros for the goalkeeper. ---SP 2355 Local Time 2055 GMT
