It also has four F-16 fighter jets based with ISAF in Kabul Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende's cabinet said it planned to extend the Dutch PRT team's mission by one year until October 2006. It also plans to send two navy ships and a submarine to the region to support Operation Enduring Freedom Operation, a U.S.-led operation fighting Taliban and al Qaeda remnants. They already have around 265 military serving in that operation.
