A car bomb exploded near a pick-up truck carrying a group of Iraqi soldiers in the town of Baquba on Tuesday, killing at least two soldiers and wounding two, doctors and police said. A cameraman working for Reuters who was at the scene shortly after the blast said it caused widespread destruction. "There are still bodies lying in the street," he said. Doctors said two bodies had been brought in to the local hospital. The explosion occurred in the Kanaan area of Baquba, a city about 65 km (40 miles) north of Baghdad that has seen frequent outbreaks of violence.
