Chirac to announce decisions on govt after vote

President Jacques Chirac said on Sunday French voters' rejection of the EU constitution made it hard for France to defend its interests in the EU, and said he would announce decisions on his government in coming days, Reuters reported.
"The decision of France inevitably creates a difficult context for the defence of our interests in Europe," Chirac said on French television after projections showed a clear majority of French rejected the charter in a referendum on Sunday.
