More than 150 companies from over 15 countries are taking part in an expo on health care and hospital at Jeddah International Exhibition & Convention Center from May 29 to June 2. Companies from Brazil, China, Slovenia, Malaysia, Australia, Britain, Pakistan, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Korea, India, the UK, Egypt and the UAE are taking part alongside many Saudi firms. The exhibition runs concurrently with Saudi Hospital featuring non-medical hospital infrastructure, supplies and furnishings. Supported by the Ministry of Health, Dr. Yaser Al-Ghamdi, director general of health affairs, Makkah region, will open the five-day 13th international edition for medical, insurance, dental, pharmaceuticals, scientific equipment and labware event at 5 p.m. on Sunday, according to a press release from its organizer Al-Harithy Company for Exhibitions Ltd.
