Dr. Balghunaim inaugurates forum

The Minister of Agriculture Dr. Fahd bin Abdulrahman Balghunaim inaugurated here today the first Agricultural Plan Forum titled '' Agricultural Investment, Present and Future''.
In his speech, Dr. Balghunaim praised the support provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier for the agricultural sector, noting that agricultural investment is similar to other investments which are controlled by economic criteria.
