Dordoi Dynamo Club of Kyrgyzstan shot past Nepal's Three Stars Club and Regar Tadaz Club of Tajikistan humbled Sri Lanka's Blue Star Sporting Club 6-0 in the semi-finals of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President's Cup played in the Nepalese capital Thursday evening. Both teams were among the favourites to win the championship played in the Nepalese capital among eight Asian club teams belonging to countries that fall in Group C. Playing before the packed home crowd estimated at over 15,000 at the National Stadium, Three Stars Club put up a spirited performance that held the fancied Kyrgyzstan's Dodo Dynamo to a goalless draw at the end of regular and extra time. In the tie-breaker penalty shoot out, Dordoi Dynamo got the better of the home side 4-3. In the other semi-final match played earlier, Regar Tadaz Club of Tajikistan outplayed Sri Lanka's Blue Star Sporting Club from the very start and were 3-0 at the interval.
