Conference on Remote Sensing Begins Tomorrow

On behalf of Prince Sultan Bin Abdul-Aziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, a major international conference on remote sensing and its applications will be inaugurated here tomorrow by Governor of Riyadh region Prince Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz.
The five-day event "Remote Sensing as a Means to Improve the Quality of Life" is being organized by King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in collaboration with the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS) at the King Faisal Conference Hall.
An exhibition will be held in tandem with the conference in which 20 foreign and Saudi government and private sector organizations will feature the latest technology on space communications and remote sensing.
