A fire broke out in a five-storey building in Manila's China-town on Wednesday, killing at least four people, including a man who frantically screamed for help from a window until thick smoke overwhelmed him, officials said. Firefighters were still looking for a Chinese Filipino couple and their housemaid, who were also feared dead in the 11-hour blaze that destroyed the building in the crowded Binondo district, fire investigator Lord Hernandez said.
