Saudi Minister of Water and Electricity Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Alhossein and his accompanying delegation has met in Cairo with Egypt's Minister of Electricity and Energy Dr. Hasan bi Ahmed Younis. During the meeting, they discussed ways of enhancing joint work between the two countries in the field of electricity. Following the meeting, Alhossein said two task teams were formed during the meeting: one to activate cooperation between the two countries and crystallize cooperation in the field of power grids and the other to form a mechanism for joint cooperation in the field of adjusting energy consumption.
