He recalled that the third article of the Shoura Council system was thrice amended to accommodate the expansion of the assembly from 60 to 90 members in its second session, from 90 to 120 in its third session and from 120 to 150 in the current fourth session. Islam is the religion that calls for benevolence and rejects evil, calls for peaceful co-existence among nations and civilizations and bars aggression and corruption.
