U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will visit Moscow on April 19-20 to prepare for upcoming presidential talks, her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov said Thursday. Her visit precedes celebrations in the capital May 9 marking the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II in Europe that will be attended by world leaders including U.S. President George W. Bush. Bush is expected to consult with President Vladimir Putin parallel to the planned festivities.
