The palace in Monaco said Friday that there is only a very slim chance that ailing Prince Rainier, Europe's longest serving ruler, will recover. The statement came from his doctors. They said the 81-year-old remains in "precarious" health and that the "hope for a favorable outcome remains extremely weak."
