On behalf of Prince Saud Alfaisal, the Foreign Minister, Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Saud Alkabeer, Assistant Foreign Minister for Political Affairs and Chief of International Organizations Department, leaves here tonight for Kuala Lumpur to attend the dedication ceremony of "Building of Capabilities Program for member states of the Jeddah-based Organization of Islamic Conference" scheduled to be held in the city of Kuala Lumpur under the auspices of Malaysia's Prime Minister.
