On behalf of Prince Saud Alfaisal, the Foreign Minister, Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Saud Alkabeer, Assistant Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs and Head of the International Organizations Department at the Ministry, made short visits to the embassies of India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Thailand in the Kingdom to convey condolences on losses of souls and properties due to the tsunami which has recently devastated several parts in those countries. The visits came to affirm the stand of the Kingdom's government and people, giving deepest sympathies on the death of tens of thousands of quake and flood victims in South Asian countries.
