Nine people died and three others were injured Wednesday when a minibus slammed into a truck south of the capital, officials said. The accident occurred in the Tula region, about 220 kilometers (about 135 miles) south of Moscow, Russian Emergency Ministry spokesman Viktor Beltsov said. The cause of the collision wasn't immediately clear, he said.
