Prince Faisal bin Nawwaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jouf Region, is scheduled to inaugurate tomorrow the International Conference on Olive Cultivation and Industry, to open Afaq Exhibition, and to witness the signing of several agreements in the university city of Sakaka. Rector of Al-Jouf University Dr. Mohamed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya said that the conference is part of the university's efforts to promote the sustainable development of Al-Jouf region, in the production of olives and their derivatives, especially since the university is a pioneer in this field, highlighting the university's endeavours to provide innovative solutions in olive cultivation and related industries, in accordance with the highest practices and standards. He expressed gratefulness to Prince Faisal for his patronage of the event, which is part of his relentless efforts to develop the region and his keenness to improve the skills of the university students.
