Under the patronage of Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jouf Region, the Saudi Heritage Commission (SHC) will organize on Wednesday the Scientific forum of "camel sculptures site and its cultural importance from a Global perspective at Al-Jouf University, in the presence of the CEO of the Saudi Heritage Commission Dr. Jasser bin Suleiman Al-Harbash and the Rector of the University, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, and a number of specialists and researchers in heritage and cultural affairs at the local and international levels. The forum includes a number of discussion sessions and Scientific Symposiums, in which a number of specialists in cultural heritage and rock arts from different countries of the world will participate, in addition to field visits to a number of archaeological and heritage sites in the region. The forum coincides with the results of scientific studies prepared by the HAC in partnership with researchers and specialists from King Saud University, the French National Center for Scientific Research, Free University of Berlin, Oxford University, and other international scientific missions to the "Camel Carving" site in Al-Jouf region.
