Minister of Finance Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan has met with Ajay Banga, the candidate nominated for Presidency of the World Bank (WB) Group. During the meeting, the two sides discussed the WB vision and priorities during the next period. Banga reviewed with Al-Jadaan his vision to achieve the development objectives of the WB. For his part, Al-Jadaan pointed out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia supports Banga's nomination for the WB's presidency.
