Attorney General, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujib, and his accompanying delegation met here today with the Moroccan King's Attorney General at the Court of Cassation and President of the Public Ministry, El Hassan Daki at the headquarters of the Public Prosecution Office in the capital of Rabat. The Moroccan official highlighted the solid harmony of legal and judicial cooperation between the two countries, especially concerning combating crime. Meanwhile, Sheikh Al-Mujib stressed the depth of relations between Saudi Arabia and Morocco, adding that the visit comes within the framework of cooperation and joint coordination between the two sides in the judicial and parliamentary fields, noting the continuous development that the two countries are witnessing at all levels, based on the constants and common visions that bring them together towards various issues. During the meeting, the two sides signed a joint memorandum of cooperation in investigations of money laundering and transnational organized crimes, visits, and experiences, in addition to holding several conferences and seminars. The agreement also included cooperation in scientific publishing, research and studies, the exchange of experiences, training, and information technology. Sheikh Al-Mujib and the accompanying delegation also met with Mohamed Benalilou, Mediator of the Kingdom of Morocco, during which they were briefed on the mediator's responsibilities and specializations, how he performs the roles assigned to him in the administrative judiciary, defending the rights of citizens and what role he plays in mediating between the complainants and the complained administrations.
