The Culinary Arts Commission, in cooperation with the Kingdom's permanent delegation to UNESCO, the Qassim Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, will organize an exhibition at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris on February 8-9 in celebration of the inclusion of Al Baridah on UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy Foodie Destinations. The exhibition will demonstrate various cultural activities of Al Baridah city, including serving traditional dishes, and displaying on interactive screens the city's values, history, folklore arts, and dances. The exhibition comes in celebration of adding Al Baridah to UNESCO's network Creative Cities of Gastronomy, which the international organization announced in 2021, as a result of the file the Qassim Chamber of Commerce and Industry submitted in partnership with the Culinary Arts Commission, the National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, the Saudi Heritage Preservation Society, and the Kingdom's Permanent Delegation to UNESCO.
