Following Directives of Custodian of Two Holy Mosques, HRH Crown Prince, KSrelief Launches Popular Campaign through Sahem Platform to Help Affected from Earthquake in Syria, Türkiye
In an implementation of directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), at its headquarters in Riyadh today, launched a campaign through its Sahem platform to help affected people from the earthquake that hit Syria and Türkiye. Advisor to the Royal Court and Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, during a speech at the launch of the campaign, said that in an implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince, we launched a donation campaign to help people affected by the earthquake that hit Syria and Türkiye, noting that this generous gesture embodies the noble features of the leadership and its people that have responded to the leadership's call, adding that KSrelief, in cooperation with several ministries and institutions, will support affected and injured people in Syria and Türkiye. Dr. Al Rabeeah stated that shelter, food and health materials will be provided under the humanitarian needs assessment teams, which are included in the generous directives of the center and other working groups participating in the campaign. He also expressed his sincere thanks, appreciation and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince, for this noble humanitarian initiative and thanked the participating field teams from the General Directorate of Civil Defense, the Ministry of Interior, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and the distinguished cadres of the center, in addition to volunteers who took the initiative to register at KSrelief and offer emergency medical and health services in the field. He also thanked the ministries and supporting bodies, represented by the ministries of defense, media, finance and other competent bodies, expressing hope that these endeavors will contribute to alleviating the suffering of injured people in Syria and Türkiye.
