Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH Crown Prince Direct KSrelief to Send Airlift, Provide Various Aid, and Organize Popular Campaign through "Sahem" Platform to Help Victims of Earthquake in Turkiye and Syria
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today directed King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) to send an airlift, provide health, shelter, food and logistical aid to alleviate the effects of the earthquake on the Syrian and Turkish peoples and organize a campaign through the "Sahem" platform to help the victims of the earthquake in Turkiye and Syria. Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, affirmed that the aid stems from the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince to stand by the affected Syrian and Turkish peoples and mitigate the effects of the devastating earthquake that caused extensive loss of lives and properties in Turkiye and Syria. Under this generous directive, Dr. Al Rabeeah said that food, shelter and medical aid will be provided in support of rescue efforts and relief for those afflicted by this disaster. He expressed his sincere thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince for their noble stances, which are an extension of the humanitarian role the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues to implement by standing by the most affected and neediest people all over the world in various crises and tribulations.
