The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack carried out against the United Nations Interim Force in southern Lebanon (UNIFIL), which resulted in the killing of an Irish soldier and the injury of others, calling for an immediate and transparent investigation into the circumstances of the attack. The Foreign Ministry also expressed the Kingdom's absolute rejection of all forms of violence, affirming its support for "UNIFIL" mission, as well as extending its sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Ireland, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
