The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attack that targeted a celebration in the Afghan capital, Kabul, and resulted in the death and injury of a number of people. The Ministry affirmed the Kingdom's solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and its standing with it against extremism, violence and terrorism. It offered condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and to the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
