The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced the launch of a package of facilities for Turkish visitors to Makkah and Madinah, by providing several options for issuing an entry visa to the Kingdom, smoothly and easily. As Turkish people can enter the Kingdom by obtaining a tourist visa through the Saudi embassy or consulate in Turkiye, this statement was made during a promotional conference conducted by the Saudi Tourism Authority today, Tuesday, in Istanbul. Through the authorized travel and tourism offices in Turkiye, which are listed on the website of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it is also feasible to arrange for the issuance of a visa within 48 hours. Residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union (EU) as well as holders of US, UK, or Schengen visas can get visas at the international airports in Jeddah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Dammam. The "Nusuk" platform, which was launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in collaboration with the Saudi Tourism Authority and includes a section specifically for people with Turkish citizenship, offers a number of services and facilities that allow visitors to issue an Umrah visa by selecting one of the packages offered at the platform (Visa.mofa.gov.sa). Additionally, Saudi nationals can issue personal visit visas for their friends through the website's unified national platform for visas, and residents can issue family visit visas for guests who wish to host their relatives.
