The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has called on Umrah performers from inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and those coming from all countries of the world to benefit from the Nusuk application that has replaced the Etamarna application. The update was made after Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfig Al-Rabiah launched Nusuk with the aim of facilitating the arrival of Umrah performers from all countries of the world and easing procedures for issuing visit and Umrah visas electronically. In addition it would also enrich the religious and cultural experience of Umrah performers through preparing religious and historical sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to receive guests as part of targets of Saudi Vision 2030. Etamarna application, since its launch, has achieved several numbers, such as registering more than 21.5 million pilgrims and Umrah performers, issuing more than 34.4 permits to perform Umrah, issuing 6.4 million permits to pray at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah at the Prophet's Mosque, while the number of nationalities of people registering on the application reached 213. Changing the name to Nusuk is in conjunction with announcing new times to perform Umrah during Rabi I, 1444 Hijri as part of easy procedures through the Nusuk application and as part of the ministry's efforts to facilitate the arrival of Umrah performers in Saudi Arabia and increasing the level of services to ensure that guests perform Umrah rituals easily and with tranquility. Umrah performers and visitors from across the globe can visit nusuk.sa platform to get acquainted with all services and ways to receive Umrah and visit visas with the possibility of buying a service pack and paying electronically. Nusuk application facilitates procedures for booking permits and times to perform Umrah and visit the Prophet's Mosque after Umrah performers coming from abroad receive a visa within facilitated electronic procedures that are available round the clock. — SPA
