Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah met in Geneva yesterday with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi, on the sidelines of the Global Refugee Forum. Discussions during the meeting went over humanitarian and relief efforts provided to refugees around the world and ways to enhance cooperation and joint coordination between the two entities, in a way that contributes to improving the humanitarian conditions of refugees. KSrelief Supervisor General affirmed Saudi Arabia's constant keenness to stand by the refugees, the needy, and the affected. He also hailed the strategic partnership between KSrelief and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, which resulted in implementing many humanitarian and relief projects around the world. For his part, Filippo Grandi praised the efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the center, which had a tangible impact in alleviating the suffering of refugees, displaced persons and needy people in various countries. The meeting was attended by the Kingdom's Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva Ambassador Abdulmohsen bin Khothaila.
