CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Marshad received here today a delegation headed by Minister of Transport and Public Works of the Republic of Malawi Jacob Hara; Non-Resident Ambassador of the Republic of Malawi to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Yunus Abdul Karim, and a number of officials in the Government of the Republic of Malawi. During the meeting, they discussed enhancing development cooperation, and possible vital opportunities for the development projects in the transport sector in the Republic of Malawi. The Minister of Transport and Public Works of the Republic of Malawi praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts and the global development impact of the SFD, especially Palombi Regional Hospital in the Republic of Malawi, which was funded by the SFD and inaugurated recently. Al-Marshad also met, in a separate meeting, with Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Yahaya Lawal, to discuss ways of the joint development cooperation. Later, he also met with Ambassador of the Republic of Mauritius to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Shaukat Ali Soudhan, and discussed the developments of the SFD's development projects in Republic of Mauritius.
