International Conference on Ethical Values in the Prophet's Biography, in its new and exceptional edition, kicked off in Nouakchott. The conference was attended by muftis and senior scholars from more than 50 countries, under the auspices of Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, who affirmed to the Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL), Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars and the main guest of the conference, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, while meeting with him at the Presidential Palace, Mauritania's pride in holding this conference, discussing the biography of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH). During the meeting, the Mauritanian President honored Dr. Al-Issa, with the Mauritanian National Order of Merit for his international efforts in clarifying the true image of Islam. At the opening ceremony of the conference, Al-Issa said in his speech, "I am delighted this day to join this blessed gathering of scholars of the Islamic nation in this meeting discussing an important chapter filled of the Prophetic biography concerned with the ethical values and its impact on the peace of our world and the harmony of its national societies." Dr. Al-Issa said "As we review these noble meanings, let us recall the guidance of Islam. The pure prophetic biography is the most accurate and comprehensive that has been written about a human being, which has taught us forgiveness, wisdom, and how to reconcile hearts". "The MWL has been honored to launch museums of the Prophet's biography around the world, starting from its main museum in Madinah, and these museums included accurate documentation of the biography of the Prophet, through a presentation that adopted the best contemporary technical means," Dr. Al-Issa added.
