The State of Kuwait has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attack in which the Houthi militia targeted the Dabba oil terminal, in Hadramout, Yemen. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, in a statement today, that this terrorist attack is a flagrant violation of international norms and laws and a violation of Security Council Resolution No. 2216. It added that the terrorist attack also confirms the continuation of the Houthi militia's approach to targeting civilian facilities and threatening energy supplies and global trade corridors, which requires rapid action by the international community.
