Delegation of Communications and Information Technology System Explores Qatar's Technical Preparations to Host the World Cup

The delegation of the communications and information technology system, led by Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Sawaha, explored today the two technologies of solar cooling and crowd management that were employed at Al-Bayt Stadium in Al-Khor city, the State of Qatar, to host the World Cup matches.
The delegation, which is visiting Qatar with the aim of opening new horizons and fruitful cooperation between the two brotherly countries in the field of technology, innovation and space, in addition to activating the region's role in the field of digital economy, explored the stadium's innovative technical capabilities.
During the visit, the delegation was accompanied by Qatari Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammed Al-Mannai Qatari Secretary General of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy Hassan Al-Thawadi.
