President of the Council of the Nation of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Salah Goudjil received here today the delegation of the Saudi-Algerian Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shura Council led by member of the Shura Council and Chairman of the Committee Assaf bin Salem Abu Thaneen, in the presence of Saudi Ambassador to Algeria Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Busairi. At the outset of the meeting, the President of the Council of the Nation of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria welcomed the delegation of the Shura Council. During the meeting, they affirmed enhancing the parliamentary consultation and coordination between the two sides on various issues of common interest, as well as issues of bilateral cooperation, within the framework of the historical ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Algeria.
