The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued its daily forecast report for the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The report said that the thunderstorms, accompanied by active winds are still forecasted to occur on some parts of Jazan, Asir and Baha regions and some parts of the heights of Makkah and Madinah Regions, while the surface dusty winds will be active on Northern Borders and Hail Regions, as well as the western parts of Riyadh and Qassim Regions, reducing the horizontal sight and the fog will be seen during the night and early morning hours on some parts the Eastern Region. The report showed that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea will be northwesterly to southwesterly at speed of 10-30km/h, on northern and central parts and southwesterly to westerly at speed of 10-28km/h, on the southern part, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf will be northeasterly to southeasterly, turning during the night northerly to northwesterly at speed of 10-26 km/h.
