The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued its daily forecast report for the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The report said that thunderstorms, accompanied by active winds will be forecasted to fall on some parts of Jazan, Asir and Baha heights, extending to southern parts of Makkah heights, while the dusty winds will continue be active on Eastern Region, extending to some parts of Riyadh Region, reducing the horizontal sight. The report showed that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea will be northwesterly to westerly a speed of 12-35km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf will be northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 10-30 km/h, during the day on northern part, turning southeasterly at speed of 10-20km/h, during the night. The report added that the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf will also be southeasterly at speed of 10-25km/h, during the day on southern part, turning northwesterly to northeasterly at speed of 10-20km/h, during the night.
