HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, met on Friday in the Royal Court at the Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah, the Coordinator for Middle East and North Africa in the US National Security Council Mr Brett McGurk, and senior advisor for energy security Mr Amos Hochstein, and the US sepecial envoy to Yemen Mr Tim Lenderking. During the meeting, the bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed, and the active follow up from the Jeddah Summit, particularly in the fields of energy security and investment in the Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment, as well as the developments in the region including Yemen. The American side expressed, during the meeting, the thanks of the United States for the mediation efforts of HRH that has succeeded in releasing two US nationals among the 10 POWs from different nationalities, and their appreciation for the humanitarian efforts that HRH undertakes in this regard.
