Ministry of Interior represented by the Public Security and Commander of the Hajj and Umrah Special Forces and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) are developing a strategic partnership to develop several algorithms aimed at improving the service provided to the pilgrims, within the framework of the follow-up and care being provided to the Two Holy Mosques by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince. This came in a speech delivered by the Director of Public Security, Lieutenant-General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Basami, during his participation in a dialogue session titled (The system's orientation in adopting artificial intelligence technique) held on the sidelines of the 2nd Global AI Summit at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. Al-Basami addressed the Kingdom's success in crowd management, in light of the large number of citizens, residents, and visitors who arrive at the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah, as these efforts are developing to increase the capacity of visitors and pilgrims per the goals of the Vision 2030.
