Pilgrims have appreciated the great efforts and services provided to them by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to serve the pilgrims of the Holy Grand Mosque, the Prophet's Holy Mosque and holy sites, in addition to facilitating these services to perform their rituals easily and smoothly. Hajj Hamza Omar Kassab from Sudan stressed that the Kingdom has provided all services and facilities for pilgrims to perform their worship with comfort, reassurance and safety, praying to Allah Almighty to perpetuate the Kingdom's security and stability. Hajj Omar Abdel Hamid from Egypt said that what he has seen, on his way to perform the Hajj, of organization and good reception demonstrates and documents the interest and attention accorded by the Kingdom's leadership to the two holy mosques, asking God Almighty to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, HRH Crown Prince and the Kingdom's government. In turn, Hajj Murtada Salem from Nigeria said that the Kingdom is making great efforts by providing all services and facilities and providing the utmost care and great attention to pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors of the Two Holy Mosques, pointing to the keenness of all Saudi officials to provide the best services to their guests. Haja Amina from Egypt praised the warmth, welcome and ease of organization of all those working in the service of the pilgrims, praying to God Almighty to reward all workers for serving the pilgrims. Hajj Mohammed Suri from Niger expressed his overwhelming joy that God Almighty pleased him to come to perform Hajj and visit Madinah, expressing his admiration for the services provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve the pilgrims.
