The Global Leaders Program, in partnership with the US Georgetown University (McDonough School of Business), celebrates this year the fourth batch of its ambitious academic program to develop Women's leadership skills, and enable them to fulfill the requirements of assuming leadership positions, in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta, which hosts the G20 Summit for the year 2022. The Program's founder and general supervisor, Georgetown, Nouf bint Abdullah Al-Rakan, said "the program includes women leaders of diverse cultures from 20 countries who have shared their various experiences and specializations, and aspire to develop them so that they can work and lead effectively, and participate in the institutional development process in their workplaces." She added that the program seeks to qualify women to lead globally with rich content and experiences, indicating that this represents the program's first physically -attended session since its launch in 2020, with the participation of female leaders from Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, the US, and other countries.
